As a Senior System Engineer at Bethpage Federal Credit Union, I am responsible for network monitoring, security, and optimization for Windows Server 2016 and 2019, as well as managing On-Prem and Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS. I have over 25 years of experience in system engineering, network administration, and technical support, working with various platforms and technologies, such as Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, InTune, Azure AD, VMWare, Cisco, Meraki, and FortiGate. I am passionate about delivering reliable, efficient, and secure IT solutions that enable and empower the organization and its users. I have successfully managed multiple enterprise-wide projects, such as migrating users to Microsoft 365, deploying and configuring Windows Servers, and managing remote wireless connections. I also have experience in leading and mentoring a team of service desk technicians, providing training, feedback, and escalation support. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with others, and solve challenging problems.
