About Stephen Rogan

As Project Manager, I bring expertise in design and project management, particularly within the judicial and educational sectors. My current role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple state universities, including new constructions, additions, renovations, and building system repairs. I am dedicated to ensuring that these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. My responsibilities also include engaging with campus stakeholders and closely monitoring project progress. Prior to my current role, I successfully managed projects at over 100 court facilities for the Massachusetts Trial Court, which included the design and visualization of layouts for courthouse facilities. I also led the graphic design and data visualization efforts for the Office of Court Management and the Executive Office of the Trial Court. In addition to my professional work, I served as the Chair of the Bridgewater Historical Commission, where I focused on historic preservation. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a certificate in 3D Design and Animation. My passion lies in creating and maintaining spaces that serve the public and enhance the community.
