Currently I manage Hiring and Development for all staff at Midwest Mountaineering. I also manage the continuing education for all staff, focusing on opportunities to learn experientially. I am an avid Outdoor enthusiast as well as an outdoor educator. I have a Master's Degree in Social Studies Education from the University of MN and a Master's of Experiential Education from Minnesota State University-Mankato. I have traveled to many locations, Canoeing in Canada and the BWCA, Rock climbing in Colorado and North Carolina, as well as Backpacking in Costa Rica, New Mexico, and much of Minnesota. Recently I spent 2 weeks in Glacier National Park, Climbed Mount Rainier, and spent two weeks in the Cascades. In 2017 I plan on spending more time canoeing in the BWCA and Voyageurs NP as well as spending 2 weeks in Banff Provincial Park in October.
