Some people avoid change, but it excites me, I run toward it. I build teams that turn confusion into momentum and navigate fear into lasting progress. Seeing leaders and teams embrace changes and emerging stronger, clearer, and more connected amid uncertainty is what genuinely energizes me. Most recently, at MetroHealth, I had the privilege of creating and leading an internal consulting team from the ground up. We tackled some big, meaningful challenges, improving employee and patient care experiences by driving adoption of significant organizational shifts. What made our work special was the genuine care we had for the people impacted. We often tackled sensitive, emotional changes, and our approach emphasized empathy and clear, human-centered strategies. My background spans disciplines and industries including healthcare, manufacturing, finance, and technology. Which means I adapt quickly, establish trust naturally, and help people see possibilities even amid uncertainty. I’m known for blending emotional precision with systems-level thinking, viewing people as the heartbeat of every process and processes as the scaffolding that helps people thrive. Colleagues have said my superpower is making tough concepts simple and turning ambiguity into actionable steps. Beyond the strategic aspects of my role, I deeply value investing in people. I’m a mentor and people developer at heart. I know change doesn’t stick unless people feel safe, supported, and seen, so I invest deeply in creating environments where teams feel safe to innovate, learn, and grow. I’m currently exploring my next opportunity, somewhere I can contribute to meaningful work, collaborate with leaders who care deeply about their teams, and continue learning along the way.
