International economic development and finance practitioner with private sector and donor project experience in the U.S, Latin America & Caribbean, Middle East, S. E. Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa. MBA holder with diverse technical/program knowledge and management experience encompassing innovative blended finance for urban service delivery, local economic development, SME and social enterprise, and housing programs. Strong track record of engaging local constituent groups and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to identify and act on development finance opportunities that improve communities, institutions, businesses, and livelihoods. As Deputy Director and Senior Technical Advisor on two global Water, Sanitation & Hygiene Finance Projects ($50-$70million), managed programs and engaged in technical assistance for country and global activities that mobilized over $150 million. Prior experience as an Economic Growth Advisor in projects related to mobilizing local private capital in developing countries for municipal/urban services, SMEs and entrepreneurship, and housing and community revitalization in the US business development.
