A CPA with over fifteen years of experience, with a successful track record of process improvements and staff management. This extends to having worked for companies including, United Petroleum, Penguin Random House, Spotless, Coles Express, Funtastic and St. Vincent’s Hospital. I have had a variety of roles including: Finance Manager, Royalties Manager, Senior Financial Accountant, Accounting Manager, Management Accounting, Project Accountant and Company Accountant. This experience includes working for ASX listed, private and foreign owned private companies as well as not for profit. I gravitate towards challenging tasks which has allowed me achievements such as implementation of ERP, payroll, royalties and automated accounts payable systems. Other successful achievements include, reducing month end timetables, balance sheet reconciliation cleansing and foreign exchange hedging. I have a proven track record of success of mentoring and developing staff. Working with my staff and not being afraid to be hands on has allowed me to have success in many challenging tasks. I enjoy teaching and developing staff to achieve success.
