Because of the new strategy by US headquarter was to change from manufacturing to contract manufacturing, the factory was closed. During the shut down period, successfully completed: Let the staffs continue to complete the production plan, maintain the quality and no strike. All suppliers continue to supply parts until the end and no parts are stopped due to closing down. Led dissolution process, including liquidation, financial audit, government compliance, etc. Transfer the remaining assets to Ningbo and setup a new office.
