About Stephen Shum

As the Managing Director of Client Relationships for Central Public Sector and Enterprise at Lenovo, I oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts and lead a team of sales professionals who deliver innovative and tailored Lenovo solutions for our clients' technology needs. I have more than 15 years of experience in sales and management, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, building strategic relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. My core competencies include account management, solution selling, sales process, negotiation, RFPs and contracts. I also hold a certificate in The DNA of a Highly Effective Teams from the University of Toronto, which has helped me to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within my team and across the organization. In addition, I serve as a part-time infantry reservist in the Canadian Armed Forces, where I have developed leadership, teamwork, and resilience skills. I am passionate about leveraging my skills and experience to make a positive difference for Lenovo's public sector clients and partners, and to support Lenovo's mission of creating smarter technology for all.
