Seasoned aviation planner with almost a decade of experience driving airport system planning, regulatory coordination, and strategic problem-solving across diverse aviation environments. My work spans everything from airport Master planning and FAA coordination to resolving local development disputes and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics. I've successfully led multidisciplinary teams on large scale planning initiatives, negotiated multi-agency memoranda of understanding involving airports, local governments, and private stakeholders, and addressed contentious infrastructure issues with a focus on collaborative resolution. My ability to translate Federal and State standards into locally actionable solutions has been a cornerstone of my planning philosophy. I'm currently involved in leading the Virginia Economic Impact Study, working to quantify the value of Aviation across the Commonwealth - a project that blends technical analysis with high-visibility stakeholder engagement.
