About Stephen Stynes

I am an entrepreneur, coach, facilitator and life-long student of human behaviour and potential. For over 4 decades I have been personally obsessed with how we can best grow and contribute, both personally and professionally. What I have learned in that time is that while self-improvement is essential, real growth lies in the deeper realms of self-discovery and self-acceptance. I accompany courageous founders and leaders on that journey. To scale a business you must first be firmly on the path of scaling yourself. Based in Barcelona, I work globally in English and Spanish. I have held senior international management positions with Hewlett Packard in technology sales & marketing in both Europe and US. Found of one of Europe´s first digital marketing agencies in which was acquired in 2013. Since then I have worked with company leaders across 4 continents in leadership development, coaching and facilitation. I am a certified Leadership Circle Facilitator and qualified HeartMath coach and have practiced mindfulness since 2005. I work internationally in both English & Spanish.
