About Stephen Teap

As CEO of Cork ARC Cancer Support House, I am committed to leading a compassionate and forward-thinking organisation that provides vital support to individuals and families affected by cancer. My mission is to ensure that anyone impacted by cancer has access to a safe space, expert guidance, and the resources they need to navigate their journey. With over 20 years of experience across corporate leadership, community development, and advocacy, I have developed a strong foundation in organisational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and people management. My work is rooted in a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those living with and beyond cancer, and I am dedicated to driving positive change both locally and nationally. In addition to my role at Cork ARC, I actively serve on several boards and continue to advocate for improved cancer services and healthcare accountability. I am passionate about using my skills in public relations, communication, and networking to influence better outcomes for patients and their families.
