About Stephen Tolle

Steve is a proven team lead with both systems engineering and project manager experience coupled with an Air Force space operations background in satellite command & control. His assignment while on active duty to an Air Force special projects program allowed him to lead and/or support multiple projects on 3 continents simultaneously that ignited a passion for project management, problem solving, team building, and working with the customer/warfighter to craft the right solution in response to their stated and evolving capability needs. Upon leaving active duty to serve in the Defense industry he was tapped as project lead for part of a major systems upgrade at the NORAD Cheyenne Mountain complex. That challenging environment demanding broad coordination, timely information dissemination, tight engineering tolerances, and near-zero operational risk honed his skills as a no-nonsense project lead, skilled negotiator, and capable and caring engineering manager. Subsequent projects, complemented by a Management Master's degree in IT, have been in the areas of satellite command and control, and real-time data fusion providing input to general officer level decision aids.
