I am Steve Williams, a dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial-oriented individual with a unique combination of skills and abilities. I am organized, creative and have improved processes and efficiencies at virtually every place of employment in my career. I was duly recognized for my outstanding service in the United States Air Force several times as the Outstanding Airman of the Month and Outstanding Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of the Quarter but most notably as the Outstanding Airman of the Year while at Fairchild AFB, WA as a result of my Outstanding Inspector General (IG) rating while maintaining the Personnel Reliability Program for the 92nd Security Police Squadron; and as the Outstanding NCO of the Year while at Elmendorf AFB, AK as a result of my Outstanding IG rating while maintaining all administrative programs at the 616t Military Airlift Group. I was presented the Outstanding NCO of the Year award by the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Lou Allen Jr. Among other successes, I owned and operated my own business for four years; a computer networking and service company supporting large agencies across the United States and Canada, such as PacifiCorp, Kennecott, Pacific Telecomm and Goodwill Industries. I have a diverse set of skills and experience ranging from public sector human resources, to computer support, LAN/WAN networking, telecommunications, and software support, training and sales. This rare combination of skills contributed to my ability to literally double the annual revenue in my current position with Sigma Data Systems in a single year.
