About Stephen Weber

Having worked in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) for the last 10 years, I love working with organisations to determine their true WHS problems and risks and develop customised solutions that actually deliver practical results and are aligned to not only their needs but their unique working environment. As a Senior WHS consultant for Safety Action and a certified Lead Auditor one of my primary roles is to develop and undertake audit programs for local and international corporations to ensure their current WHS programs and systems are compliant with all relevant WHS requirements, and to provide business a clear road-map so they can effectively and efficiently undertake activities which will improve WHS within their organisation. Problem solving is what we love, Safety is what we do! As a Chartered OHS Professional with the Australian Institute of Health and Safety I take pride in being an active professional member of the WHS community including presenting at multiple local and international health and safety conferences, contributing to health and safety publications and guides, sitting on Australian Standards committees etc. I have also been privileged to sit on the board of directors for Awards Victoria since February 2017, a not for profit which delivers The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, an internationally recognised program inviting young people, to realise their ambitions and to change their world.
