About Stephen Wilkin
I completed my EdD degree in February of 2022. Previous to completing my doctoral studies I was Superintendent of Mt. Zaagkam International School located in Papua, Indonesia, an international school for the children of expatriate employees of PT Freeport Indonesia. As Superintendent of MZIS that school earned a full 5 year accreditation standing from WASC; hitherto MZIS had not achieved this. My educational experience spans over 30 years, including more than 10 years in administration as superintendent, assistant superintendent, principal, vice-principal and curriculum coordinator in Indonesia, Kuwait and Canada. I was the chief architect of the American standards curriculum at the American Creativity Academy (Kuwait) and led in implementing accreditation report changes. I have a diversified educational experience at elementary, secondary and university levels in both public and private settings. I spent two years as a visiting professor at Southwest China University. I am extremely dedicated, highly motivated, meticulously organized and committed to leading by example.
