I am a highly focused and driven individual and team player with a broad history in the mechanical and technical industry. Continual opportunities for process improvements within the industry is a challenge that I embrace as a forward thinking individual that focuses on the improvement of quality and reliability. In addition to troubleshooting, general interfacing with other departments as it relates to service process changes, work instructions, etc. I am often engaged in promoting continuous improvement through quality related activities such as entry of LHF, multiple returns, and material issues. and value stream mapping events • Frequently assists in the managing of budgetary requirements for the service line supported including operating expenses, capital requirements and manpower loading. • Responsible for completing Performance Reviews. • Leads and supervises a team of 17 service technicians and frequently corresponds with the FLIR global customer base as it pertains to the product line under my supervision. Customer base includes Domestic and International Law Enforcement and Military Agencies as well as Search and Rescue Organizations.
