About Stephen Young

Technology advancements have forced organizations in the public and private sectors to re-think the way they do business. For businesses, this can be how to manufacture, market, and deliver a product. While in the public sector, change in citizens' expectations of government and fiscal austerity are forcing governments to re-think how they can deliver services that conform to this new reality. As someone with a passion for solving complex problems, I am driven to help organizations within the private or public sectors adapt to the rapidly evolving business landscape. My experience in municipal business transformation will be an asset to any organization requiring someone to: • Analyze client issues; • Identify business strategies to address organizational challenges and add value to clients; • Manage project teams; and • Develop and implement change processes. I am looking for opportunities to work in an advisory/consulting capacity.
