About Stephen Young

I have experience and general education in a broad scope of areas. I have worked in office settings, giving me experience in general office functions such as data entry, customer care and relationships, and building entry security. Worked as a fire safety inspector for few years giving me experience in sales, data entry, warehouse safety, problem solving and providing training to clients in use of fire safety equipment and procedures. Above all extremely goal oriented and will find a way to achieve those set by and for me either independently or in a team. My strengths would be but not limited to: • Analytical thinker • Trainable/quick learner • Customer service and relations • Friendly, compassionate, and relatable • Enjoy helping people • Problem solving • Above average reading and comprehension • Visual and hands on • Team player yet can work independently • Tech and computer savvy. Familiar with MS WORD, EXCEL, and can figure out many similar programs with ease. Some of my weaknesses would be: • Either get to hyper focused or easily distracted on occasion • Very opinionated on occasion • I have decent phone etiquette but I’m a visual person making long conversation hard for me on phones. • Tend to either under or over explain things My goal for life is to help those around me to be a better person and to eventually do it as a full time career. I’m doing that by assisting some friends who are life coaching experts by providing them resources to help them do their jobs better by doing things not in their line of expertise. In return they are providing me with experience in their line of work. Hobbies include: Hiking, fishing, camping. I’m a amateur photographer, mostly do outdoor and landscape photos. Dabble in woodworking. I also enjoy doing volunteer work helping less fortunate people. My philosophy in life is to help those around to become a better person or be uplifted and to learn from those who are more experienced than I am.
