About Stephen Zappia

With a career spanning IT, web development, communications and customer service across retail, SaaS and professional services, my experience encompasses both management and technical leadership roles within dynamic Australian and global enterprises. Across the wide variety of roles I have performed and organisations I have worked with, two things are consistent - I solve complex problems, and keep the human at the center of everything. As an engaging and trusted advisor, I am talented at building strong rapport and constructive working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, adding significant value and exceeding expectations. I have made a career out of connecting user needs with technical solutions, leading projects and teams to design and build solutions that help clients across various industries succeed in their goals across a broad technical stack. Currently I lead Revium's Solution Design department, including our Business Analysis and Experience Design teams. I am also Revium’s lead strategist, responsible for all activities associated with Digital Transformation including business strategy, current state analysis and devising future states through ideation and strategic direction. Outside of work, I am an award-winning writer and theatre performer, and a passionate gamer. These passions allow me to bring a unique perspective to the teams and organisations I work for. I have a knack for leaving a lasting impression with those I work with, and ensuring I leave things better than they were when I arrived.
