I have a Bachelor's Degree from Western Illinois University and a strong background in customer relationship management, sales development, and direct sales. In my current roles, I coordinate with 15+ lead vendors to acquire direct and effective leads at a variety of price points, identify cross-sell opportunities to assist agents in improving KPIs, and train new employees on product information, HIPPA compliance, and sales tactics. I also handle in-bound sales calls that involve gathering information on a client and choosing a plan that fits their budget and needs. I am passionate about helping people find the best health insurance solutions for their unique situations and goals.
