I am an insurance industry professional with a background in claims and underwriting. I started my career as a producer for a captive agent working directly with insureds before stepping into the world of property claims with Chubb. In claims I gained experience handling Property, Cyber, and Commercial claims. I handled VIP clientele utilizing superior customer service, investigative skills, and contract interpretation to provide the top notch claims service that Chubb is known for. In 2019 I transitioned into my current role of personal lines underwriting, taking my claims knowledge to better manage and understand the risks that I am now responsible for. I have underwritten in both the Southeast and Southwest regions, servicing agents from multiple states. My current role has me focused in the ever evolving, complex Colorado market. As a Portfolio Underwriter, I have built and fostered strong relationships with my agency partners and harnessed strong underwriting principles to maintain, grow, and evolve my book of business to insure long term profitability.
