Working at Optivor, recently retired from Avaya Government Solutions. I have over 35 years of experience in installing, repairing, and upgrading various Avaya Platform Applications for federal contracts and projects. I possess a Top Secret/DOD clearance, as well as A+, Net+, and Linux+ certifications, demonstrating my technical knowledge and reliability in the telecommunications field. I have led and supported multiple projects involving VoIP and SIP installations, hardware installation and support, and system analysis and design. I have also contributed to business intelligence, process improvement, and customer service outcomes, using my analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. I enjoy collaborating with cross-departmental and cross-cultural teams, mentoring and teaching others, and creating technical documentation. My mission is to deliver high-end solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the organization and the clients.
