Stev is the Managing Director and co-founder of THB Holdco, LLC, and The Human Baton, an international Super Sport Race franchise. He is also a three time NAACP Image Award-winning producer in the category of News and Commentary for his work on the nationally broadcast PBS show, ‘Tavis Smiley on PBS'."Alongside the founders, I launched ATS Filmworks, LLC, as the lead consulting executive". ATS designs, coordinates, and produces content for many of the shows you watch in alternative programming formats such as,"The Amazing Race” and "American Ninja Warrior”. I've developed and produced content in multiple genres including live television, reality programming, high-action sports, animation and comedy content for broadcast, web and streaming media."I especially enjoy the challenge of producing live, complex television spots and campaigns for major clients such as Nintendo, McDonald's, and Proctor & Gamble - which have helped to usher in a new relevance to TV and Web advertising formats." In alternative programming, I've worked alongside Mark Burnett with the Discovery Channel, developing the logistical ground production plans for the Emmy nominated ‘Eco-Challenge: Australia’, and have worked with industry legends such as Jerry Seinfeld and James Cameron. With my extensive background in different television genres, I am comfortable producing in any media and have guided shows from pilot to international broadcast for every major network in the United States, as well international licensing partners such as Tokyo Broadcasting of Japan. I thoroughly enjoy the pressure of producing live broadcast formats - especially while surrounded with great partners and an incredible team!
