As a Training Manager at Indigo Dispensary, I am responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs for the staff for one of the leading cannabis retailers in the state. I have a Cannabis Certification from Stockton University, which enables me to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the products, regulations, and best practices of the industry. With over 10+ years of retail and managerial experience, I have honed my skills in team building, customer service, and human behavior insights. I am passionate about creating customer-centric environments that foster trust, loyalty, and satisfaction. I also served as a School Board Member and a Planning and Zoning Board Member, demonstrating my commitment to education and community development. My goal is to empower the people I work with, while contributing to the growth and success of the cannabis industry.
