Senior physician leader with over 25 years of experience in emergency medicine, medical direction, EMS systems oversight, and hospital governance. I currently serve as Emergency Department Medical Director and EMS Medical Director for a rural health system, with additional experience in medical staff leadership, quality improvement, physician performance management, and regulatory compliance.My work focuses on aligning clinical teams with organizational priorities, improving quality and safety outcomes, supporting physician engagement, and strengthening collaboration across hospital administration, EMS, public health, and public safety partners.In addition to hospital leadership, I have extensive experience in EMS system development, disaster preparedness, and interagency coordination, including long-standing service in tactical and public safety medicine.I remain actively engaged in physician leadership, healthcare operations, and system-level improvement, and am open to thoughtful conversations around roles that align leadership experience with organizational needs and long-term impact.
