As VP of Engineering and Technology at Neutronics, I direct engineering for three divisions (refrigerant, gas analysis, biomarine) and oversee operations for eight product lines. Maximizing profitability without risking quality of manufacturing deliverables is our chief objective. With a deep understanding of systems, people and processes, I have effectively led engineering and operations to achieve aggressive growth plans while cutting through technical complexity and predicting future technology and operation needs. I have resolved anomalies in our design build operating group, reshaped concepts through remanufacturing release and after-market technical services and minimized product cost inefficiencies. Overall, I have exceled in driving operational performance and high-impact projects that exceeded quality, safety and cost objectives.
