I provide over two decades of Project Management and Operational Leadership expertise, supported by PMP and CSM certifications. I have extensive experience leading cross-functional projects comprised of domestic and international team members spanning Operations, Sales, IT, Legal, Marketing, and Vendor Services. While Project Management is my current line of work, I have prior experience managing groups of 30-50 employees in Customer Service and Collections. I have also served as a Lead Credit Analyst for commercial loan applicants, and supported dealers as a Dealer Credit Analyst. I leverage strong leadership and collaboration capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes, process improvement, and quality standards. I drive productivity and resolve complex challenges, underscoring the impact I will provide for an organization.
