As Civil Litigator and Trial Attorney I represent individuals and businesses in matters involving insurance coverage disputes, business disputes and injury claims in trial and appellate courts throughout State and Federal Courts in Ohio. In litigation matters we strive to focus our efforts and our client's resources in an efficient manner. It is our goal to place a dispute in the best posture for resolution, whether pre-suit, in mediation, at trial or on appeal. I also represent individuals on ERISA claims for long term disability benefits in both the administrative review process and Federal Court. In ERISA matters we work with clients to communicate not only what their medical conditions are, but how those conditions affect the client and his or her ability to work. By presenting this information in a clear manner we:(1) maximize the potential to win an appeal; and (2) take advantage of what may be the last opportunity to establish the only record a court can and will use to review a claim.
