About Steve Bartlett

With extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction, over a 17 year period I have leveraged opportunities to build a career in the industry. Starting as an office assistant in a well-established custom home business and working my way to ownership in 7 years, I helped grow the company to new heights. More recently, my efforts to grow as a project manager have found me expanding my horizons within the commercial construction market in Alberta. This varied background has provided me with extensive knowledge of all aspects of single-family, multi-family, and commercial construction; from front-line sales, cross-cultural interaction, estimating, drafting, building codes, safety and scheduling to the management of construction sites and business. I believe in cultivating a company culture in which staff members feel comfortable voicing questions and concerns, as well as contributing new ideas that drive company growth. I remain calm and poised even in high-pressure situations while leveraging in-depth knowledge of industry trends and shifts to offer valuable insights on opportunities for new growth and expansion.
