Manages all strategic agility and relationship building skills across all levels in the organization and with clients. Translates business and IT strategic plans into organized and actionable engineering design plans for the department ensuring that critical systems are achieving business requirements. Responsible for a budget to support technology infrastructure and needs. Responsible to develop and champion change management solutions with existing customers. Evaluates and resolves technology problems in a timely and cost-effective manner. Utilize technical knowledge in IT as well as broad knowledge in other disciplines/technologies/processes to interact with the entire organization and clients.
