I’m a hands-on leader who started at the ground level in 2001 and worked my way up through the Oil Sands, eventually stepping into my current role as General Manager. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects - delivering them safely, on time, and within budget across some of the industry’s most challenging environments. What drives me most is building strong teams and watching people grow into their potential. I take pride in creating work cultures where safety, quality, and production are not competing priorities, but part of the same conversation. With extensive experience in pipeline and mechanical maintenance, I’ve developed a solid track record of operational excellence, collaborative leadership, and mentoring future leaders in the oil & energy sector.
