I am currently a Project Administrator and Site Safety Officer at UL Environment (ULE) which is a subsidiary of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.* My job is to assist in the preparation, analysis, reporting and disseminating of assigned projects. I have past experience working with time-sensitive projects which has enabled me to fit right in at ULE. In addition, several years of experience working in an executive administrative role and previous experience in consulting and research has helped me to succeed.* My previous experience was as a professional recruiter who helped companies identify and hire exceptional transitioning military personnel. To me there is no better feeling than helping a Military Veteran find employment with a company that will provide him or her with a stable and rewarding work environment.* I am also a former Navy Chief Petty Officer who retired after 24 years of service. One of my many duties on Active Duty was as a Career Counselor. This role enabled me to fit right in as a Recruiter. I joined the team at Military Candidates, Inc. in 2003 and became familiar with many occupations and the diverse requirements of a multitude of companies. I then became owner until January 2011. As a Chief Petty Officer in the Navy, I evaluated the level and quality of daily work of my subordinates. I was responsible for delegating, prioritizing and reviewing the quality of work performed by the junior personnel in my chain of command. I consider my career in the U.S. Navy as a great accomplishment and am proud to have served our country!
