About Steve Beldon
Having done a PhD in Liquid Crystals at the University of Oxford, I have spent the last 24 years working on both liquid crystal (ZBD) and electrophoretic (EInk) display technologies. I have extensive experience in test and development, including processes to maximise yield and minimise cost in production of the ZBD technology. In particular, I have been the lead on addressing techniques and optimisation on both technologies for the majority of those 24years. My role within Displaydata is to closely support production of the ESELs supplied by Displaydata, as well as supporting customers in problem solving display issues. I have now also joined New Vision Display where I will once again work on the addressing of ZBD.
