Passionate and dedicated General Manager at an H&R Block franchise group with over 15 years of experience in delivering exceptional client service and optimal tax results. A proud graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics, I have honed my skills in personal and corporate tax preparation through H&R Block’s Tax Academy courses as well as becoming a Xero Certified Advisor. Currently, I manage four H&R Block offices in Eastern Ontario, leading my team to provide outstanding service to our clients. My commitment to excellence was recognized in 2018 when I received H&R Block’s President’s Distinction Award. From 2018 to 2021, I served as an elected member of the H&R Block Franchise Leadership Council, contributing to the strategic direction of our franchise network. Beyond my professional achievements, I am proud to lead a franchise group that is a member of 1% For The Planet. We are committed to supporting our local communities, including monthly contributions to local food banks.
