About Steve Bernard

With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in Marketing from the University of Arkansas, I bring a strong foundation in understanding people and building meaningful connections. Over the past three years in B2B sales, I sharpened my ability to cultivate relationships, deliver impactful solutions, and consistently exceed client expectations. Investing in my growth, I completed Medical Sales College, where I gained specialized training and developed a deeper appreciation for the impact of healthcare solutions. Now, as a Physician Recruiter with Pacific Companies, I have the privilege of combining my communication skills, sales experience, and passion for healthcare to help physicians find the right opportunities and positively impact patients’ lives. I am driven by relationships, growth, and purpose—and I strive to make a meaningful difference by connecting talent with organizations in ways that improve care and strengthen communities.
