About Steve Bickert

Steve is a former Quality Operating Systems Coordinator, Supervisor, and Manufacturing Advisor for Ford Motor Company, where he’s been employed over 22 years. Steve brings a strong background in leadership, project management, problem solving, and team building. He has completed 90 college credit hours in business administration and has a wide variety of knowledge in both the auto industry and real estate investing. Steve is a self-described people person and believes strongly in teamwork. He enjoys helping others and has proudly donated blood for over 25 years. Steve has coached successful youth baseball programs and makes toys and blankets for his local Humane Society. Although Ford Motor Company has been an important part of his life, Steve's true enjoyment comes from family and real estate. In 2019, he and his wife, Colleen, formed Forest Creek Properties LLC. With a passion for community and real estate, this one-time hobby has flourished into a proud, growing, family business. To scale their vision and business they transitioned to commercial multifamily real estate in 2021, where they are learning and growing with wonderful mentors and partners. Steve brings single family real estate experience having completed and sold 4 properties in his name before starting Forest Creek Properties in 2019. They purchased their first rental property in October 2019 and continue to own and manage that property successfully as they grow.
