After being promoted to GM South increased Head office EBIT by 500k and made Bristol office profitable 3. Being promoted back North managed to make three non profitable regional offices profitable as well as making the Manchester location the most profitable ahead of Head Office 4. Developed the Global Aerospace vertical which in the UK produces in excess of £ 1 million p.a 5. Developed a national Project Department developing in excess of £ 1.3 million at EBIT p.a 6. Developed a National Cross Trade Department, which has an EBIT of £ 1.4 million p.a. Successfully negotiated five UK Ministry of Defense Logistics contracts 8.
