Executive Director - 408 Food Rescue & Distribution, a Division of LHM Well at 67 years young, I've started another business. My career has taken a left turn out of high tech and into something that I've been called to do for a while. My most recent colleagues know that I've been volunteering for moving donated food from grocery stores and the like to food pantries, shelters, homeless camps, or wherever it is needed. We use a second harvest term called Gleaning. Our Gleaning team is merging with a food distribution team, Lighthouse Ministries, so we can get the food all the way to where it is needed. With the use of our new App, we will be able to mobilize our volunteers like never before. We will get food to where it is requested every time. This App will be licensed from 412FoodRescue.org. I have expertise in "Large Format" HDI (High Density Interconnect) technology for Printed Circuit Boards. These PCBs are one or two per panel, examples are line or supervisor cards with large pin-count BGAs such as the ones used in telecommunications products. I developed LF-HDI as a means of improving the Signal Integrity, EMI, and Power Delivery of large PCBs. Wrote the manufacturing specifications, qualified suppliers worldwide, wrote the design methodologies training manual for Cisco Systems, assembled a team of instructors, and taught 330 engineers while at Cisco. Thanks to this effort, large format HDI is now in production at Cisco Systems. Now looking for consulting opportunities as well as seeking funding for a new HDI oriented start-up.
