During my recent experience with Bon-Ton Department Stores, I have developed high-performing teams, driven operational efficiency and transformed stores with customer-service driven cultures. First, as a District Manager spearheading 6 stores across 4 states, with a total sales volume of $62MM and overall headcount of 450 associates - and, after a recent restructuring, as a Dual-Store Manager leading two stores with total sales of $15MM and direct supervision of 140 associates.
