For over a decade, I was a Store Manager with Starbucks Coffee Company, an industry leader in creating a legendary customer experience. More recently I grew for a year as a Sales Consultant for an HVAC company, and then for Xterior Solutions, a home exterior remodeling company. In my years at Xterior Solutions I implemented processes that increased efficiency while growing the business exponentially and helped to earn hundreds of five star reviews. I developed into the first Project Manager of the company, and trained and mentored numerous Sales Consultants and Project Managers in my final role as Director of Project Management. Presently, I am the General Manager of Sheeley Roofing. I am excited to build on the strong foundation and reputation of Sheeley Roofing and help guide the company to a prosperous future. I am adaptive in my approach to achieve results and exceed client expectations. I listen, learn, and lead.
