About Steve Bolson

Steve Bolson is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of hands on management, legal, operations, administrative, project management, purchasing and consulting experience in the hospitality industry. For the three year period prior to forming PMG, Mr. Bolson served in a key executive capacity for a New York City based purchasing/project management company in which capacity he was responsible for corporate management/administration, contract preparation, and administration; construction project funding administration/compliance and supervision of Purchasing and Construction Project Managers. From to June 2005, Steve Bolson, as President/CEO of Stevens & Company, served, in a consulting capacity, as Owner’s Representative for The Moinian Group, a New York based real estate and hotel developer. In this capacity he was responsible for the development, financing, construction purchasing/furnishing staffing, and, subsequently, operation of a up scale boutique hotel and associated restaurant in Mid Town Manhattan. Concurrent with his services as Owner’s Representative, he provided a diverse range of hospitality consulting and legal services to a number of New York and Caribbean based hotel developers/owners/operators as well as to various hospitality lenders. Such services included legal strategies; project design/financing/development; project management; owners’ representation; FF & E/OS & E purchasing strategies and sourcing; accounting and tax strategies; sales and marketing strategies; staffing/ benefit strategies; and regulatory compliance. During the 20 year period 1979 through Mr.Bolson provided hospitality and corporate legal and project management related services to numerous hospitality and corporate clients throughout the world. Mr. Bolson is a graduate of Tulane University and Rutgers Law School.
