Steve Bradshaw is an accomplished senior executive who has profitably built several mid and small-cap companies in the global energy, transportation and logistics markets. His experience spans all company stages, from $900MM mature market, to small-cap, to turnaround and new venture start-ups, with public and private ownership. Steve has led multiple M&A and joint venture pursuits. Steve was recruited to serve on the Boards of two companies, and is experienced in Audit, compensation, and Compliance. Provided leadership to turnaround in profitability, and guidance on $1 billion of Capex programs. Member of Audit and Compensation committees. • Director, Blueknight Energy Partners L.P.(NASDAQ: BKEP)-$200MM revenue integrated midstream energy services company. Recruited to provide guidance to Management on path to profitability following restructuring. GLOBAL ENERGY SECTOR • Forty year leadership career in the global energy sector, with P&L experience in transportation and logistics. • Led $150MM subsidiary in step-change expansion in China, the Persian Gulf, Black, Mediterranean and Caribbean seas. Increased market share 9 points in a flat/ declining market. • As Division President Kirby Corporation with fleet of 170 vessels, led acquisition of nine companies with a 229% increase in revenue and 40% increase in operating margins. • Presently assisting transportation and logistics companies in their expansion and diversification pursuits in the U.S, Europe and Asia.
