Extensive experience in Customer Service, Business Transformation and Operational Readiness across a number of industries, as well as recent Agile expertise in a Product Owner role on a range of IT projects. Putting the customer at the heart of what I do, I have experience in contact centres - both front and back office roles across everything from internal and external telephony to training, fleet and MI. I have a keen eye for detail, a drive to succeed and a good sense of humour, as well as high expectations and a real passion for excellent service; I strive for perfection and constantly look for ways to improve processes, procedures, productivity and efficiency, whilst building strong, lasting personal relationships.
