About Steve Brunhild

After specializing in surface and subsurface erosional and sedimentary systems at University of Florida (Bachelor’s degree) and LSU (Master’s degree), Steve Brunhild began his career as a geologist for Pennzoil (5 years). In subsequent years, Mr. Brunhild revised his career direction to real estate investing and marketing. Since beginning his entrepreneurial career in real estate publishing in 1985 with wife Deborah in Shreveport, LA, Steve oversaw the creation and publishing of hundreds of issues of commercial and multifamily real estate publications. From 1992 to 2001, Steve founded and published the Office & Commercial Real Estate Magazine (AKA Commercial Real Estate Network Magazine). Partnering with BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) for editorial content, Steve’s companies produced over 200 quarterly issues of this prestigious magazine with local BOMA associations in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Chicago. Aside from print marketing, through his companies Kile’ Publishing, Inc. and REMC, Inc, Steve has overseen the creation of thousands online marketing vehicles and campaigns for all varieties of real estate via interactive websites, video tours and virtual/3d tours. As a real estate investor and promoter, Steve has disposed of and acquired tens of millions of dollars worth of raw land, commercial office buildings, apartment properties and single family homes. When he’s not marketing or otherwise involved in real estate, you will likely find Steve coaching baseball with his grandkids or atop one of his 35+ horses at his equine facility, Centaur Valley Farms, located on over 440 acres in northern Collin County Texas.
