About Steve C.

Growing up working in a family owned restaurant taught me professionalism, integrity, and work ethic. I am the first generation in my family that become involved with the aviation industry. My interest in aviation started at a young age. I attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a major in Aeronautical Science specializing in Airline Pilot Operations and a minor in Air Traffic Control. I had the opportunity to intern at American Airlines working with American Eagle Airlines Flight Training Department. I graduated Cum Laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and honed my skills as a pilot as an Instructor. In addition to working as a First Officer and Captain, I also became involved with working in Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) in the Safety Department at Endeavor Air. My passion for aviation started to evolve and became focused on improving safety at an air carrier. In February 2020, the FOQA Team earned the coveted Endeavor's Elite Award which is the highest recognition an employee earns while working at Endeavor Air for significant improvements in the safety metrics and performance at Endeavor Air.
