I combine project management, operations leadership, and compliance expertise to guarantee that work is completed on schedule, on budget, and aligned with the overall goal. I make sure the team knows the mission, understands the priorities, and has what they need to deliver. Whether I’m overseeing staging, safety, and vendor operations in the middle of a bustling Boston street during a high-profile event, or fine-tuning the details of a construction blueprint, my approach is simple: lead from the front, solve the problem, and get the job done right.
