As a Learning & Development Manager at Tradelink, I leverage my skills in program management and people management to design and deliver effective training programs that enhance the performance and engagement of our team members. With 8 years of experience in Learning and Development, I have successfully implemented various initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals and values. I hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessment from the Australian Institute of Management, which has equipped me with the knowledge and competencies to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. Additionally, I am an Accredited Practitioner issued by Insights and have completed a course on Value Propositions and Business Models from Strategyzer. I have completed courses with Instructional Design Australia and hold a Cert IV in Retail Management. These certifications have further enhanced my ability to analyse and address the needs of our diverse workforce. My goal is to continue contributing to the growth and development of Tradelink through innovative and collaborative learning solutions. I also have strong experience in the Retail and Trade/Retail space having managed branches in Tradelink’s Network.
