Patience to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the team and to make the necessary changes to allow the team to reach its highest potential. I have built strong development teams with the ability to deliver projects and commitments on-time, with high quality. Communication is paramount for every relationship and the cornerstone of the Manager/Employee relationship. I give direct and timely feedback to support the goals of the organization and to help develop the careers of the people I have the privilege of managing.
