I'm proud to share that I’ve transitioned into the role of Systems Manager at SNDL Inc. In this position, I’ve stepped away from direct maintenance operations to focus exclusively on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). I now hold national, multi-site responsibility for the design and implementation of a scalable asset management framework supporting our cultivation, processing, packaging, and production environments. Key areas of focus: Leading the architecture and deployment of EAM in D365 F&O Defining asset hierarchies, lifecycles, and business processes aligned with operational goals Standardizing asset tracking, preventive maintenance planning, and system governance across multiple legal entities Driving data integrity and system adoption to enable long-term strategic asset management I'm excited to help shape the systems that underpin operational reliability, regulatory compliance, and performance at scale. Prior to this, I served as Director of Operations at Paladin Security Group Ltd, where I championed organizational efficiency and security excellence. I bring experience managing complex pharmaceutical and industrial operations, implementing integrated systems, and aligning strategic initiatives with operational execution.
