I am a sales and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, and destination entertainment. I currently work as Director of Sales at Silverwood Theme Park.In this role, I lead group sales, admissions gate operations, and our guest relations team. I manage a team of more than 70 seasonal and full time employees. My focus is growing revenue while maintaining a strong guest experience.I drive results through B2B sales strategy, outbound prospecting, and community partnerships. In 2025, I delivered more than $3M in net sales revenue and exceeded goal. In 2024, I delivered $2.9M and exceeded goal by 23 percent. Each year, I add more than 20 new group accounts through corporate outreach and school district partnerships.I manage group sales reporting, forecasting, ticketing analysis, and revenue tracking. I share regular performance updates with executive leadership. During peak season, I also serve as Manager on Duty several days each week to support daily operations and guest satisfaction.Earlier in my career, I held sales leadership roles at Northern Quest Resort and Casino and The Coeur d’Alene Golf and Spa Resort. I managed national and international group sales across golf, ski, and tour markets.
